Class format consists of cardio and toning in the water. Perfect for those who are recovering from an injury, have joint issues or those who need to add something to their routine.

 

Core Conditioning (B/I/A) - Studio 1

This class is offered free-of-charge for all our members. Stop in for a 15-minute abdominal workout that will help build strength in your core.
 

Group Bar bell (I/A) - Combative Studio
Participants will spend an hour following a choreographed weightlifting routine, raising and lowering weights to the beat of the music.
 

Kickbox (I/A) - Studio 1
This high intensity, empowering workout will focus on kicks, jabs and hooks! A great cardiovascular workout!
 

Latin Mix (B/I/A) - Studio 1
Come and enjoy Latin aerobics moves through this high energy, fun and motivating class. This class includes Cha-Cha, Samba and other forms of Latin Dance.
 

Pilates Pump (B/I/A) - Studio 2
This Pilates class offers a weight bearing aspect to the traditional Pilates routine. The focus of the
class will still be core stability and lengthening muscle groups.
 

Step -N-Sculpt (B/I/A) - Studio 1
This is our power hour! By combining step with weights, you’ll be burning some major calories, all while toning all the major muscle groups.
 

Step Thrills and Body Drills (B/I/A) - Studio 1
Combined creative step with a splash of boot camp drills for one fun heart thumping class. The last 15 minutes of this class will be dedicated to core conditioning.
 

Women on Weights (B/I/A) - Combative Studio
Especially designed for women, this exciting course will get you lean, speed up your metabolism and improve body image, muscular strength and bone density.
 

ZUMBA™ (B/I/A) - Studio 1
ZUMBA™ is a fusion of Latin and international music, featuring aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
 

Spinning ® (B/I/A) - Combative Studio
A water bottle is a requirement in all classes.

 

All-terrain - This class offers a variety of simulated riding situations. You may do hills, flat and jumps all in one sequence of movements.
 

Cyclo-cross - Cyclo-cross is a biking adventure that takes the meaning of “All-Terrain” to a new level. During this class you will not only work on your cardiovascular endurance, you will increasing upper body strength and balance.
 

Endurance/Strength - The first half of the class is an endurance ride, the remainder of the class is strength.
 

Interval - This class helps riders develop their ability to recover quickly from aerobic and anaerobic
work efforts. These rides emphasize tempo, rhythm, timing and speed.
 

Rider’s Choice - The choice is yours! Our instructor will provide the format of a ride for the type of ride that day’s class prefers.
 

Spin/Core - Get your cardio and core conditioning in this fusion class. Each of the Spin/Core classes are different than the one before which will make your workouts more effective.
 

Strength - This ride uses heavy resistance to develop muscular strength and cardiovascular development. Riders should be skilled at seated and standing climbs, jumps on hills and running with resistance.
