
Recreational equipment is available to borrow for use inside the
SRWC (and for our outdoor sand volleyball courts) and is available
at the Equipment Issue Desk. Any member of the facility may borrow
equipment by presenting a membership card. Any damaged or unreturned
equipment or supplies will be billed to the member.
Equipment available includes:
- badminton birdies and racquets
- basketballs
- boom boxes (for use in
studios)
- indoor soccer balls
- ping pong paddles (balls
available from machine for 25 cents)
- racquetball balls and racquets
- safety goggles
- indoor and outdoor volleyballs
- ab balls
- jump ropes
- medicine balls
- neck brace
- step bench
- ankle straps
- stop watch

Day Use lockers are available on a complementary,
first-come-first-serve basis. Patrons wishing to use day lockers may
provide their own lock or purchase a combination lock in the Pro
Shop. Locks and belongings must be removed before exiting the
facility. Locks left on day use lockers overnight will be cut off
and the locker contents removed. We strongly encourage you to LOCK
YOUR LOCKER.
Rental Lockers are available to active SRWC members. Please stop in
the Pro Shop regarding the Rental Locker waiting list or call
330-672-2553 to speak with a locker assistant.

Cubicles
Cubicles are located throughout the facility for those who prefer to
keep belongings within reach. Please do not leave belongings on the
floor in any area of the SRWC.
ADA Lockers
ADA lockers are available for rental. Please see the Pro Shop staff
if you have a need for these specific lockers.
Locker Refunds or Cancellations
Requests for refunds of locker rentals should be directed to the
Assistant Director, Member and Guest Services. The request must be
made using the Membership Cancellation/Refund Request Form.

You may now register for most of our programs using our online
registration system -
Web Trac. This online program requires a
username and password, which were randomly generated when you were
entered in to our system through program registration, membership
sale, etc. To receive your password, simply stop in at the Pro Shop
with your photo ID and the sales staff will be happy to provide it
to you. Then, visit our Web site and browse all of our program
offerings and sign-up!

Parking is available at the SRWC by permit only during the week.
Parking Services does not ticket on Saturdays and Sundays. Parking
permits are the responsibility of the participant. They are not
included in the price of our programs or non-annual memberships.
Four-hour permits are available for $1 from the self-serve permit
dispenser located in the center section of the parking lot. There
are also two metered spaces located in the center section of the
parking lot that charge $0.25 for each half-hour. A monthly REC
permit can be purchased at the SRWC Pro Shop for $10 (not available
to students and faculty/staff). Parking Services patrols and tickets
the SRWC lots regularly and the Department of Recreational Services
has no authority over the issuance of tickets. For additional

Court reservations may be made at the SRWC throughout the year,
including the summer session and break periods. Courts may be
reserved up to 24 hours in advance at the Equipment Issue Desk
either in person or by telephone. Reservations may be placed or
cancelled by calling the Equipment Issue Desk at 330-672-0490.
Guests are entitled to one reservation for one hour per day.
Individuals may not use another person’s name or bring in another
person’s Flashcard/Membership Card to obtain two reservations. All
players are required to wear protective eye wear.

Towel service is available to all members. You may purchase towel
service annually, by semester or by the day. Please stop at the Pro
Shop for details on towel service. With towel service you may
receive up to two towels. If you need a new towel, simply turn in
the used towel and you will be given a fresh one. Towels are checked
out using your membership card at the equipment issue desk on the
lower level.
