Faculty/Staff memberships do not include a
parking pass. For those who do not have a
parking pass, one would need to be
purchased at the Pro Shop.
Faculty and Staff who are also
students of the Kent campus do not qualify for student rates unless
they are a Part-time employee taking less than five credits. If this
condition applies to you, please visit the Students Taking Less Than
5 Credits (Kent Campus) category of the
Student Memberships section.

Full-time Employee: This rate applies to
any current full-time, permanent
Kent State employee on any campus.
Part-time Employee; Spouse; Guest; Retiree; Emeriti; or Visiting
Scholar: This rate applies to any current part-time Kent State employee
on any campus. This rate also applies to
any employee's spouse or guest and retired/emeriti university employees.
Couple: A couple membership is valid for married couples and
domestic partnerships. A marriage certificate may be required if
your spouse does not have the same last name. Please read our
domestic partnership policy for details on how to file a claim.
Family: A family membership is designed for a couple (defined
above) and two or more children. Couples with one child should
purchase a couple membership and add a dependent (defined below).
Children two and under are free.
Dependent: Any SRWC member may purchase a dependent
membership for his or her child/children age 3 - 17. The parent or
legal guardian must have a membership of equal or longer duration.

The SRWC closes once a year for our annual maintenance shutdown.
Maximum duration for this shutdown in 14 days.
The annual
membership price is set based on a 347 day membership.
The SRWC closes for the following holidays: New Year's Day;
Independence Day; Thanksgiving Day; and Christmas Day.
The SRWC has adjusted hours of operation during the following: Dr.
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; Easter; Spring Break; Memorial Day;
Labor Day; Veteran's Day; and Winter Break.
Patrons may pay for any purchase using cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover
or Payroll Deduction.
