Guest passes are available for our members who wish to sponsor non-members in to the facility. Guest passes may be purchased by any adult member for up to two guests on any visit and any number of immediate family members. The member must be present with the guest when purchasing the pass. The guest must show a photo ID when purchasing the pass. Members must be 18 years of age to sponsor guests.

Individuals in the following categories are considered to be sponsored by Kent State University and do not require an individual sponsor. These individuals may gain access to the facility on a daily basis by presenting proof of status and paying the $7 guest fee. They are:

Kent State faculty and staff of all campuses.

Kent State main campus students taking 1 -4 credit hours.

Kent State regional campus students.

NEOUCOM faculty/staff and students.

Kent State retired/emeriti staff.

Kent State Alumni Association members.

 

When bringing a guest to the SRWC, it is important for you to understand your responsibility for the guest. You are responsible for sharing important policies with your guest, such as our rule that sleeved t-shirts must be worn while working out on the fitness equipment. NEW! Beginning with our summer semester, every semester and annual member - student and non-student - is eligible to bring a guest to the SRWC free of charge once per semester. To take advantage of this offer, simply bring your guest to the SRWC Pro Shop with a valid photo ID and say you would like to use your free guest visit.
