
Personal training is a private, one-on-one
hour session with a certified trainer. A
personal trainer will design and implement a
customized exercise program based on your
fitness assessment, personal fitness goals
and specific needs. Individual results may
vary. Male and female trainers are available
with a variety of expertise, educational
background and certifications (base I and
II, senior and master trainer levels).

a trainer based on your needs and goals.
Personal training sessions are available by
appointment only. There are specific
policies and procedures for the personal
training program. Please ask in the fitness
and wellness suite for a complete list of
policies.

Teen Personal
Training
Teenagers between the ages of 13 and 17 are
now able to participate in a specialized
personal training program. This program
provides a safe and effective one-on-one
hour session with a certified personal
trainer of choice. Clients will be able to
utilize all of the cybex weight machines and
cardio equipment alongside a trainer that
will design a personalized program based on
the individual’s needs and goals (free
weight usage is restricted to patrons under
the age of 18). Teenagers will be able to
get the supervision, encouragement, and
direction they need to get the results they
want. Certified personal trainers will be
qualified to work with this adolescent
population to ensure safety and most
importantly success.

Group Personal
Training
Get the direction, supervision and
motivation of a personal trainer while
enjoying the benefits of working out with
your friends at a discounted rate. Gain
personal attention, learn proper form and
techniques, improve fitness levels and
accomplish individual goals during a
one-hour session with a certified personal
trainer. Group sessions are limited to three
participants. Individual results may vary.
Participants are encouraged to have similar
fitness goals. For additional information,

A fitness
assessment and a three diet diet analysis or
nutrition counseling are necessary
components of the personal training program
and must be completed by all participants
prior to beginning a program. Please
schedule a fitness assessment in the fitness
and wellness suite prior to purchasing a
personal training session(s).
Sessions/packages expire 12 months from date
of purchase.
