About Myself as a Person and a Trainer:
I have been involved with fitness, movement
and wellness my whole life. First as a
dancer, then as a soldier in the military,
then as a trainer. I believe that these
different facets of interfacing with fitness
gives me a whole, or larger picture of how
the body moves and responds to movement. My
goal is always to empower my clients not
only physiologically, but psychologically as
well, so that they have skills that will
serve them in health for all of their lives.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages and
backgrounds who seek optimal health and
wellness.

About Myself as a Person and a Trainer:
Fitness has been a part of my life since a
very early age, starting out on the soccer
field. I continued to train during the off
season and quickly learned that being fit
and feeling healthy directly correlates with
other areas of my life. This is something
that I wish to share with as many people as
possible! I believe that fun and motivation
are key to living a healthy lifestyle,
feeling good and seeing the results you are
looking for.

About Myself as a Person and a Trainer:
After seven years of experience as a
Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer I
believe that I can design a specific
exercise program to fit the needs of any
individual. I motivate clients through goal
setting, giving them positive feedback, and
challenging them to be reach beyond their
expectations. I work with people of all ages
and abilities through utilizing proper
exercise progressions, either on a
one-to-one basis or in small groups.
Fitness and Wellness concepts and techniques
are constantly changing. I keep myself up to
date by attending conferences, workshops,
and international courses on fitness and
wellness. At the present time, my areas of
expertise include: weight management,
cardiovascular training, flexibility, and
special populations. I am currently teaching
aerobic classes at the SRWC which provides
me with yet another avenue to promote health
and wellness.
The beginning of an exercise program
requires a change in your lifestyle; my
mission is to give you the tools to adapt,
enjoy, and succeed in accomplishing your
goals.

About Myself as a Person and a Trainer:
My areas of interest include weight
management, older populations, functional
strength, special populations (osteoporosis,
diabetes, etc) and sports conditioning. I
always have been a strong proponent of self
health and wellness, and of educating those
around me. There must be a balance between
exercise and nutrition in wellness programs
in order to combat obesity, diabetes,
osteoporosis and other ailments. I believe
that transforming a body into better shape
and creating a healthier body takes a
commitment to make a lifestyle change. That
means a change you can live with. My goal is
to help others successfully make that
change.

About Myself as a Person and a Trainer:
I have always enjoyed being in the fitness
field. I have worked in fitness centers
since the age of 16 and have gained a lot of
knowledge being in that environment. I have
also enjoyed the experience of teaching
Total Body Toning classes, SPINNING and
fitness consulting here at the SRWC. I like
to make exercise enjoyable while seeing
results in the process. I am knowledgeable
in the areas of weight training and
cardiovascular endurance and have had 3
years of experience in a clinical setting
with injury prevention and injury
rehabilitation. I enjoy the feeling of what
fitness has done for me and I hope to make
you feel the same way. The fitness industry
is growing with new ideas and I like to stay
up to date to inform you of the newest ideas
and to put them into effect. I am a very
flexible person and can work with your
schedule!

I am a firm believer that fitness is not
a trend, it is a lifestyle. It takes
dedication and commitment to make this
lifestyle a reality and I am anxious to help
clients make the transformation. I have
experience with sports training, strength
and cardiovascular training, weight loss, as
well as body building. I am very flexible
and will tailor workouts to my client’s
needs, goals, and interests. My door is
always open to questions and I am excited to

of training experience or a Bachelors degree
in Exercise Science or related field and a
nationally recognized certification.

years of training experience and an
undergraduate degree in Exercise Science or
related field or a Masters Degree in
Exercise Science or related field and 2 or
more years of training experience with a
national certification.
