Group X and SPINNING™ passes can be purchased at the pro shop, reception area or the wellness suite.

Participants must be 16 years old to participate in group instruction classes.

Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum enrollment for each class is 60 participants. Maximum enrollment for SPINNING™ classes is 19 participants. Numbered passes will be given to participants as classes near maximum capacity.

Class participants with an unlimited or 12-punch pass must present their membership card or flashcard for entry each session. All others must present a single entry swipe card (available for purchase at the Pro Shop or Fitness Suite) in order to participate in the class session. Sharing of passes is not permitted.

In order to ensure the safety of participants, no one is permitted to join after 10 minutes into a class.

New SPINNING™ participants are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to class in order to learn proper bike set-up.
The department reserves the right to adjust schedules, class formats and instructors when necessary.

Instructional Classes are offered on two 6-week sessions, consisting of a mix of instruction and skill development.
