Primary Group Fitness Certification
For group exercise instructors whose training and educational background has prepared them to take the AFAA Primary Group Exercise Certification exam. A review of AFAA’s Basic Exercise Standards and Guidelines, anatomy, exercise science, exercise evaluation and exam criteria. The day concludes with the practical and written exams.

Mechanics of Injury Prevention Certification
This one-day workshop for Personal Fitness Trainers (PFTs) and Group Fitness Instructors is designed to address one of the most important areas of knowledge required by trainers today: the prevention of injuries. You will experience a full day addressing injury risk factors, types of injuries, injury terminology, stages of inflammation and repair, basic first aid strategies, common muscle imbalances, high-risk moves and exercise progression.
