Intramural Sports Officials
Experience is not necessary to be an intramural official, but some knowledge of
sports is beneficial. Attend all mandatory training sessions and clinics. While
working the sports official should possess a professional/ethical attitude.
Assist in setting up and taking down all equipment necessary for the particular
sport being offered. Assist the supervisor in determining a safe playing
conditions. Enforce Intramural Sports Policies as indicated in the Intramural
Sports Handbook. Good communication skills, and ability to work in a team
environment or autonomously.
