Staffing
The staff of Department of Recreational Services is committed to hiring the most professional, knowledgeable, and skilled candidates for every position. Further emphasis is placed on attaining a diverse staff, representative of the university and the community at-large.

The staff of the Department of Recreational Services in conjunction with participants create and strongly support policies that are service-oriented, fair, clear and understandable, and ensure the enjoyment and safety of all users through consistency of enforcement. Policies are subjected to periodic review according to changes in participant and facility needs, with enjoyment and safety as highest priorities.

The staff of the Department of Recreational Services is committed to providing state of the art technological support systems, which include hardware, software, and appropriate training to ensure efficient internal and external customer-focused service. Such technology will be
multifaceted, accessible, and cutting edge.
